You do not need to e-mail us with your order, but doing so allows us to begin preparations to ensure quick delivery to you. TOP

What if I have problems, who do I contact?

The information and programs on the CD are not illegal to own or possess, however, utilization of some of the programs or information may be. If you are concerned with legalities, please check the laws in your state.

What's the catch?

There is no catch. To be blunt, we have "sold out" and simply decided to cash in on our knowledge of the underground warez scene. We are a group of friends that have been getting our games, apps, and other software for free from the various underground WEB and FTP sites on the internet. We decided to put the programs, and WEB sites we use on a CD and sell it to other internet users to save them the time and effort of learning and seeking out the information and sites. Some of us were hackers, so it was natural to include hacking programs, tutorials, and information on the same CD. TOP

How long until I receive my package?

Your package should arrive within 2 - 3 days after receipt of payment for orders inside the United States.  Please contact us if you have not received it within that time frame. We have no idea how long international shipments will take, and we strongly suggest the optional insurance for international orders. TOP

Does it cost more for international shipments?

International shipments require additional packaging, customs declarations, counter time at the postal facilities, etc.  This cost must be added to the standard shipping costs. Please contact us first to ensure that we can legally send the CD to your country. Customs regulations differ for each country. Until further notice, please add $5.00 more in addition to the standard S/H charge for all international deliveries. TOP

Can you track the package?

We cannot track packages unless you make special arrangements with us. This will cost extra. Contact us if you require a tracking option. We provide an option for insurance with the US Post Office that provides for replacement of your package in the case of loss or damage during shipment.  TOP

What if the package is damaged or lost?

The product will be shipped by the US postal service, and will be packaged to prevent damage, however, we cannot be responsible for loss or any damage to the product unless you choose to have it insured. Please add $3.00 to the total cost if you want shipping insurance. TOP

How do I get access to the FTP site?

Our FTP site is restricted to our customers use only. We can give you temporary access to view it if you like, but you will not be allowed to do anything other than view it. You must contact us so we can arrange a time and date because we need to monitor your activities on our site if you are not a customer. TOP

Will you help me with finding S/N's, programs, etc.?
